The HF8 comfortably fits all styles of gaming chairs, Racing Seats racing/flight and bodies to provide the best user experience. The HF8 includes plug-and-play PC software to give you a multi-channel experience without the need for additional sound cards or amplifiers.

*The location and intensity of each motor can only be adjusted by using a PC and the HFS software. Console players do not require the HFS software, as all eight motors will work together through the sound output.

PC AND CONSOLE COMPATIBLE

A perfect connection for a unique gaming experience. With direct connection via USB for PC and 3.5mm audio jack connection to console/audio devices, the HF8 ensures fast, low-latency feedback through the eight localized haptic motors. For console users, haptic feedback is felt through the eight haptic vibration zones simultaneously.
In-game telemetry data* for PC games and sound output for console games provide an immersive experience for racing, first-person shooters (FPS) and flight.

*PlayStation does not have a dual audio output option, making the use of Bluetooth headsets on PlayStation not compatible when using the HF8 Gaming Pad. The HF8 Gaming Pad must be connected to the PlayStation controller via the 3.5mm audio jack.

PLUG-AND-PLAY SOFTWARE FOR PC

No hassle, simply download and play the included Next Level Racing® Haptic Feedback software. Designed and developed specifically for the HF8, you can interact with a growing list of racing and flying titles.

The included Next Level Racing® HFS PC software makes it perfect for users to enhance the experience with the HF8 Gaming Pad that controls each motor independently. As one of many variations, you can have 4 motors controlling tire effects to feel the sound strips independently or have all 8 motors giving vibration for gear changes.

You can interact with ready-to-use haptic profiles or create your own for each game title, and even share your profile with the gaming community. List of supported games.

Next Level Racing® will continually update the HFS software with new game titles as they are released. HF8 Gaming Pad users can also use Simhub software to access a variety of game titles and effects to maximize the experience.

** Note that console gamers do not require the HFS software, as all eight engines will work together through the sound output in games, music or movies.

Feel it your way, for PC users. The HF8 can be adjusted according to the desired haptic experience. The HFS software uniquely controls the intensity of each haptic vibration motor within the software to ensure an uninterrupted immersive experience.

The HF8 gaming pad lets you feel and tune braking, throttle, rev limiter, speed, engine rpm, ground effect and suspension in racing games*. While in flight, you can control your haptic experience with effects such as flaps, G-force, speed airbrakes, ground bumps, damage, stalls and APU/JFS operation. Each effect profile and intensity can be controlled according to your preference to feel what immerses you.

SYNCHRONIZATION FOR MUSIC AND MOVIES

Feel the action, feel the beat! Connect to your audio device via the 3.5mm HF8 audio jack and adjust the intensity of your haptic experience via the HF8 controller. For EU countries, we show prices including 21% VAT.

For countries outside the EU (including the UK), we show prices excluding 21% VAT.

For countries outside the EU, you should be aware that you may be liable for import duties. You should contact your local authority for an estimate of how much this will be, as it varies between countries and states. Cut-off times:
11 a.m. GMT+1 from Monday to Friday. We aim to ship all orders placed before 11:00 a.m. GMT+1 the same day, but during peak periods this is not always possible.

Tracking/Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, your tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address you provided in your order.

Please note that it is completely normal for multiple item orders to be split in transit. Each individual package is labelled and barcoded and will arrive at its destination. If you find that part of your order has been delivered and part is still in transit, this is almost always rectified within a day or two.

If you are concerned, you can contact the customer service department of your local freight forwarder with your tracking number.

Warranty:
If you have any problems with products that are still under warranty, you must first contact us by email at [email protected]. We will do our best to help troubleshoot the problem with you before contacting the manufacturer. If we are unable to fix the problem, the products must be returned to our warehouse, including details such as the serial number and any available backup images or video. Simufy will provide you with a return label and cover the cost of the return. We will then work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not issue replacements for any item under warranty until the manufacturer has repaired or replaced the item and returned it to us. If the manufacturer deems the problem is not covered under warranty, you will be billed for the inbound and outbound shipping charges due to return the item to you.
We offer a full 2 year manufacturer's warranty on all products unless otherwise stated.

Returns:
We like to make things as easy as possible, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it with no administrative or handling fees. The item must be unused with original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, less any one-way or return shipping charges imposed by the courier service.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest using your national postal service to return the goods. If the goods do not reach us, we are not in a position to exchange or refund the item. The customer is responsible for the goods until they have been received by us.

When an item is returned, we will inspect and refund as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 working days. The time it takes for refunds to be registered in the customer's bank accounts varies from bank to bank, but usually takes 1-3 working days.
