About SIMUFY
What is SIMUFY and what does it do?
SIMUFY (SAPRO TRADING, S.L.) is the leading distributor and integrator of sim racing hardware in Europe, headquartered in Orpí (Barcelona) with a 5,000 m² warehouse. We distribute over 70 official brands in the sector — from Direct Drive wheelbases and high-end pedals to motion systems, cockpits, virtual reality and peripherals — for private customers as well as businesses, driving academies and entertainment centres in Spain, Portugal and the rest of Europe.
We work directly with manufacturers, with no middlemen, which guarantees that components are always new and genuine (except for refurbished products, described individually). Beyond distribution, we offer turnkey installation, authorised technical service and simulator rental.
SIMUFY keeps in permanent contact with the sim racing and real motorsport ecosystem, with an extensive network of partners, competition drivers and specialised content creators.
Is SIMUFY an official distributor of the brands it sells?
Yes. SIMUFY operates as an official distributor of every brand in its catalogue through direct agreements with the manufacturers, with no middlemen. Most relevant distribution statuses:
- Simucube Premium Reseller — one of only four distributors with this top level across Europe, granted by Granite Devices (the Finnish manufacturer of Simucube).
- The only official Fanatec OOW repair centre in Europe — the only centre authorised for out-of-warranty repair of Fanatec products across the whole of Europe. We service Fanatec products purchased at any European point of sale.
- Official Fanatec distributor in Spain and Portugal.
- Official MOZA Racing distributor in Spain and Portugal. SIMUFY introduced MOZA Racing to the European market in 2022 and held exclusivity in Spain for 3 years, playing a key role in the brand's international growth.
- Official and exclusive distributor of Conspit in Spain.
- Official and exclusive distributor of Sabelt Sim Racing in Spain.
- Official and exclusive distributor of OMP SimRacing in Spain.

Why buy from SIMUFY and not from Amazon or a generic store?
SIMUFY offers structural advantages that no generic marketplace can guarantee:
- Official distributor with a direct agreement with the manufacturer. Every product is genuine, new and carries the full 3-year legal warranty. On Amazon or with unofficial distributors that warranty does not exist — they may be parallel imports with no local manufacturer support.
- No middlemen. We buy directly from the manufacturer, which means better stock availability and priority access to new launches ahead of the generic market.
- Real technical support. The SIMUFY team has full expertise in sim racing and motorsport. It is not a call centre — it is advice from professionals who know each product in depth, before and after purchase.
- Simucube Premium Reseller. One of only four distributors across Europe with the highest level of Simucube certification, with advanced configuration capabilities a generic distributor cannot offer.
- The only official Fanatec OOW repair centre in Europe. If your Fanatec gear fails out of warranty, SIMUFY is the only authorised centre on the continent.
- Turnkey installation and post-installation support for complex projects at businesses, academies and simulation centres.
Does SIMUFY take part in motorsport competitions and events?
Yes. SIMUFY is an active part of the sim racing and real motorsport ecosystem, not just the hardware market:
- GT World Challenge Europe (GTWC): our ambassador Tomas competes in the GTWC, one of the most important GT series in the world, using simulation as a real preparation tool for professional competition.
- SimRacing Expo (SRE) Charlotte: a presence at the leading international sim racing event, where SIMUFY establishes and strengthens agreements with global manufacturers and partners.
- DreamHack and national events: an active presence at the main gaming and sim racing fairs and events in Spain.
- Network of drivers and partners: permanent contact with real competition drivers, driving academies, motorsport teams and the leading specialised content creators in the European sector.
This immersion in the real world of motorsport is what sets SIMUFY's technical expertise apart from any generic hardware distributor.
What technical experience does the SIMUFY team have?
The SIMUFY team combines deep technical knowledge of simulation hardware with real experience in the motorsport ecosystem:
- Full expertise in configuration and calibration of simulation systems at every level, from entry-level setups to professional multi-screen installations with motion systems.
- A direct, permanent relationship with the manufacturers — Simucube/Granite Devices, Fanatec/Corsair, MOZA Racing, Sabelt, Conspit and the rest of the catalogue. Access to technical information, early firmware and direct support that distributors without official agreements do not have.
- Simucube Premium Reseller — one of only four distributors in Europe with advanced configuration capabilities for Simucube wheelbases, the highest level Granite Devices grants.
- Contact with the real world of motorsport: active collaboration with competition drivers, driving academies and technical content creators specialising in sim racing and motorsport.
SIMUFY's advice always stems from real knowledge — not from the manufacturer's datasheets, but from hands-on experience with the products and with the needs of sim racing at a professional level.
Does SIMUFY have an online community?
Yes. SIMUFY's main community is on Discord (discord.gg/simufy), where we post pre-order updates, product news, peer support and direct access to the SIMUFY team. It is the fastest channel to stay up to date on availability dates.

Are SIMUFY products compatible with PC and console?
Compatibility varies by product and brand. General guide:
- PC (Windows): virtually the entire catalogue is compatible. It is the main platform for high-end sim racing.
- PlayStation (PS4/PS5): some Fanatec and Thrustmaster products have official compatibility. Check the product page before buying.
- Xbox: Xbox compatibility is very limited in high-end sim racing hardware. Mainly Thrustmaster with an official licence.
- Virtual reality: requires a PC with a powerful dedicated GPU. The headsets in the catalogue (Pimax) are PC only.
The exact compatibility of each product is shown on its page on the website. If in doubt, the SIMUFY team can advise at info@simufy.com.
How do I know whether a product is available?
The availability of each item is shown on its product page with one of these three statuses:
- Immediate shipping — in stock, ships the same day if the order is confirmed before 12:00 (Mon–Fri business days).
- PRE-ORDER — advance reservation, with an estimated date on the product page.
- Out of stock — no stock. A restock email alert can be set up from the same page.
What is a PRE-ORDER and why is it worth reserving?
A PRE-ORDER is an advance reservation of an item that has not yet arrived at the warehouse. By reserving, the user secures their place in the delivery batch: when stock arrives, orders ship in strict order of confirmation.
If the estimated date changes, SIMUFY notifies by email. A pre-order can be cancelled with a full refund at any time before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
I have in-stock and PRE-ORDER items in the same order — when does it ship?
By default, SIMUFY groups the order into a single shipment once all items are available. If the user wants to receive the in-stock items right away, they can request a partial shipment by writing to info@simufy.com before the order ships. The cost of the second shipment is borne by the user.
I don't know which simulator to choose — do you offer advice?
Yes. The SIMUFY team offers free, no-obligation personalised advice based on budget, available space, the sims you'll use (iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Le Mans Ultimate, etc.) and experience level. Two options:
- Email: info@simufy.com — state your budget, intended use and available space.
- Phone: +34 93 131 06 62 — Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00.
Are the products sold by SIMUFY genuine?
Yes. SIMUFY is an official distributor of every brand in its catalogue, sourcing directly from the manufacturer or the authorised EU importer. All products are genuine and come with a legal warranty and manufacturer support.

My order arrived with damaged packaging — what should I do?
If the parcel shows visible external damage at the moment of delivery:

Returns & cancellations
How long do I have to return a product?
14 calendar days from receipt of the order (art. 104 TRLGDCU, Spain's consumer protection act). In orders with multiple items delivered in separate shipments, the period is counted from receipt of the last item. Once withdrawal has been communicated, the user has a further 14 days to physically return the product.
More information: Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I start a return?
Three ways to communicate withdrawal:
- Electronic form (fastest): Return / withdrawal form.
- Email: info@simufy.com with the order number and items to be returned.
- Standard form (Annex 1 of the Terms and Conditions): not mandatory; any unequivocal statement is valid.
Who pays the return shipping?
The cost of return shipping for withdrawal is borne by the user (art. 108.1 TRLGDCU). We recommend using a service with active tracking and all-risk insurance. Exception: if the return is due to a defect under the legal warranty, SIMUFY covers the pick-up and re-shipment costs throughout the warranty period.
When and how will I get my money back?
SIMUFY processes the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal, using the same original payment method. It may withhold the refund until it receives the product or until the user provides conclusive proof of shipment.
If the product shows use beyond what is necessary to check that it works, a depreciation deduction may apply (art. 108.2 TRLGDCU):
| Tier | Condition of the product | Deduction |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Handled beyond the acceptable checking, without functional use: assembled or installed (screw marks, unpainted threads, used fasteners) or with damage to the original packaging that reduces its resale value. | 25 % |
| 2 | Signs of functional use: wear on rims, buttons, pedals or contact surfaces, as well as scratches and cosmetic defects. | 50 % |
| 3 | Damaged or incomplete: used consumables, missing cabling, accessories or components of the original product, or absence of the original box with a significant loss of value. | 70 % |
A 100 % deduction applies only where the product is rendered unusable, duly evidenced. Any deduction is communicated in writing with reasons and photographic documentation.
Which products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal?
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 103 TRLGDCU):
- Personalised or made to order: simulators assembled to the customer's configuration, wrapped/vinyl products, multi-screen systems built to specification.
- Unsealed hygiene items: in-ear headphones, gloves, socks, VR headsets, skin-contact padding.
- Goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery (art. 103.f TRLGDCU).
- Items sold at public auction · Unsealed recordings or software · Digital content already executed.
- Refurbished products.
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
SIMUFY does not carry out direct exchanges. The process is: (1) return the unwanted item following the withdrawal procedure, and (2) once the return has been accepted, place a new, separate order.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes. If the order hasn't left the warehouse, SIMUFY issues a full refund to the original payment method, with no deduction. This also applies to pre-orders. To cancel: cancellation form or email info@simufy.com. Once the label is generated, cancellation is no longer possible through SIMUFY.

The financing contract is formalised directly between the user and the financial institution. For high-value corporate projects, contact info@simufy.com to explore leasing or renting options.
Warranty & technical service
What warranty do new products have?
New products purchased from 1 January 2022 have 3 years of legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (art. 120.1 TRLGDCU, Royal Decree-Law 7/2021). During the first two years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have already existed at delivery; from the third year onward, it is up to the user to prove the defect was present at origin.
The manufacturer's commercial warranty, where it is broader, applies in the user's favour. Refurbished products have a 1-year warranty. SIMUFY covers the pick-up and re-shipment costs throughout the legal warranty period.
If there's a fault under warranty, who pays the shipping?
SIMUFY covers the pick-up and re-shipment costs throughout the entire legal warranty period. The product is collected at the user's address and returned once repaired or replaced. To start: info@simufy.com with the order number and invoice, model and serial number, a description of the problem and photo or video documentation.
Does SIMUFY carry out out-of-warranty repairs?
Yes. Indicative diagnosis time: 5–10 business days from receipt. A detailed quote at no cost before any intervention. Shipping costs are borne by the user.
Authorised Fanatec centre (OOW Europe): SIMUFY is the only official repair centre for out-of-warranty Fanatec products across the whole of Europe. Owners of Fanatec products purchased at any European point of sale can request a repair at info@simufy.com.
Do Simagic haptic motors have any warranty limitation?
Yes. Simagic haptic motors are designed to work with Simagic pedals. The manufacturer's commercial warranty covers that use only. Use with pedals from other brands falls outside the commercial warranty, without prejudice to the legal guarantee of conformity.
