Frequently asked questions about Sparco

Which Sparco seat is right for me?

The GP Gaming is a Formula-style seat with a reclined single-seater position. For a GT position there are the QRT Gaming bucket seats: EVO, EVO L, Circuit, Circuit II, PRO ADV and REV, the latter weighing 7.1 kg and designed for compact rigs. If you are unsure, we will help you choose based on your cockpit and size.

Are Sparco Gaming seats homologated for real motorsport?

No. They are sim racing versions: the GP Gaming, for example, is fibreglass and not FIA homologated, and the REV QRT Gaming is for use in cockpits and simulators only.

What do I need to mount a Sparco seat on my cockpit?

It depends on the seat. The Sparco GP is side-mounted and does not include brackets: it needs the dedicated Sparco steel side mounts. The Sparco seat slider lets you adjust the seat position in the cockpit. Ask us to confirm compatibility with your cockpit.

What else does Sparco offer for sim racing?

Hyperdrive shoes, Rookie Gaming and Hyper-T T-shirts, lumbar and side cushions for the seat, and floor mats for the cockpit and chair.
