Welcome to our Loyalty Program

SimuCoins is the loyalty program of Simufy (SAPRO TRADING, S.L.). Taking part is free: all you need is a customer account on simufy.com.

The program is for individual customers. Business (B2B) accounts do not take part: their orders earn no SimuCoins and do not count towards tiers.

SimuCoins from two different accounts cannot be merged.

You earn 3 SimuCoins for every €1 you spend, VAT included. They are credited to your account when the order is paid.

You can also earn SimuCoins with other actions. The full, up-to-date list of those actions and their current values is always shown in the program panel inside your account, and that list prevails.

From time to time we may offer extra SimuCoins in specific campaigns, with their own dates and conditions.

600 SimuCoins equal €1 off. Available rewards and their conditions are shown on this page and in your account.

To redeem, generate the coupon from your account and apply it at checkout.

Coupon rules:

• Each coupon is personal, can be used once and expires 6 months after it is issued.
• When you generate the coupon, the SimuCoins are deducted from your balance for good, even if you never use it.
• An expired or already used coupon is not replaced or refunded in SimuCoins.
• SimuCoins coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

If you cancel or return an order, the SimuCoins earned on that order are canceled. Partial returns adjust the SimuCoins earned proportionally.

If your balance goes negative after a cancellation, you will need to earn it back before redeeming again.

SimuCoins expire if there is no points activity on your account for 12 months, where activity means both earning and redeeming SimuCoins. Any activity resets that period.

We will email you 60 days and 7 days before they expire. Expired SimuCoins cannot be recovered.

SimuCoins have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person, sold or assigned.

Since 20/09/2026, your tier depends on how much you spend at simufy.com:

• SimuFan: from the moment you join the program.
• SimuPro: from €4.000.
• SimuLegend: from €10.000.

Paid orders since 16/01/2025 count, VAT and shipping included, after discounts. Canceled and returned orders do not count.

Tier assignment is automatic: the system calculates and updates it on its own from your purchases. It is not assigned or changed on request.

If the requirements to reach a tier change, tiers are recalculated with the new requirements. Coupons and gifts you have already received are kept even if your tier changes.

If SimuCoins are awarded for writing a review, they are given for publishing it, regardless of the rating. We do not reward positive ratings or penalize negative ones.

SAPRO TRADING, S.L. processes your data to manage your participation in the program. The program platform is Smile.io, which acts as a provider to Simufy. Full information and how to exercise your rights are in our Privacy policy.

If you close your customer account, you lose the SimuCoins and tier associated with it.

Simufy may change or end the program. Changes will be announced on this page and by email at least 15 days in advance, except those required for legal reasons or to prevent fraudulent use.

SimuCoins and coupons already obtained are honored under the conditions in force when they were obtained.

Simufy may cancel SimuCoins, coupons or tiers obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms, and may suspend the account from the program. Misuse includes, among others: creating several accounts, using false details, placing orders for the sole purpose of accumulating points, or reselling coupons.
