On Heusinkveld Sim Shifter Sequential is a compact and durable sequential shifting system, allowing it to be installed in the tightest simulator environments.
It has been specifically designed to mimic short-stroke sequential gears. These are often found in junior formula race cars.
Using a spherical spring resistance system, the shift requires early maximum force and then the resistance decreases. This simulates the sensation of the gearbox slipping into the next or previous gear when the lever is actuated.
The shifter is equipped with soft stops for the lever, resulting in a relatively low amount of noise when shifting gears.
Adjustability
Each shifter is supplied with three different levers: a 30 mm straight lever, a 50 mm straight lever and a 50 mm bent lever. Since the resistance in the shifter unit itself is fixed, you can vary the shift force by connecting a longer or shorter lever.
In addition, each shifter is supplied with 3 types of plastic shifter knobs with lengths varying from 46 mm to 90 mm. Combined with the different levers, this allows you to vary the combined length of the lever/knob assembly (measured from the top of the main changer unit) from 76 mm to 140 mm.
With three different levers and three different knobs, you have a total of 9 possible configurations.
The lever uses M10 thread, so you will also be able to connect any other third party knob that is compatible with this size. Changing the lever or knob can be done in a matter of seconds.
Mounting
Each shifter is supplied with a table clamp. This allows you to attach the shifter to any table-like surface. The table clamp can be detached from the shifter if you require a different mounting solution.
An alternative mounting plate is included with each shifter to assist with mounting on a side structure or under the unit. It is possible to rotate the shifter unit relative to this mounting plate to optimize its position. This plate fits directly to aluminum profiles up to 40 mm.
You can also use your own mounting solution. The bottom of the shifter unit has 2 M4 screw holes that allow you to attach it to virtually any horizontal surface.
Controller
The Sim Shifter Sequential has a controller board built into the shifter unit that offers two connectivity options, all integrated into one unit. It is possible to use the shifter as a stand-alone controller by connecting it to your PC with the supplied USB cable. This means that it will appear as a separate device in Windows.
Next to the USB port, there is also a 4x1 2.54mm Molex female connector. This allows you to connect/integrate the shifter with an external controller, such as our own USB Sim Pedals controller (or other third party controllers that offer a switch interface). You will need to provide your own cable if you wish to use this method. The integrated controller board is visible from the outside, but is protected by an acrylic plate.

This product is compatible with PC / Windows. It cannot be used on consoles such as Xbox or Playstation.

Cut-off times:
11 a.m. GMT+1 from Monday to Friday. We aim to ship all orders placed before 11:00 a.m. GMT+1 the same day, but during peak periods this is not always possible.
Tracking/Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, your tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address you provided in your order.
Please note that it is completely normal for multiple item orders to be split in transit. Each individual package is labelled and barcoded and will arrive at its destination. If you find that part of your order has been delivered and part is still in transit, this is almost always rectified within a day or two.
If you are concerned, you can contact the customer service department of your local freight forwarder with your tracking number.
Warranty:
If you have any problems with products that are still under warranty, you must first contact us by email at [email protected]. We will do our best to help troubleshoot the problem with you before contacting the manufacturer. If we are unable to fix the problem, the products must be returned to our warehouse, including details such as the serial number and any available backup images or video. Simufy will provide you with a return label and cover the cost of the return. We will then work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not issue replacements for any item under warranty until the manufacturer has repaired or replaced the item and returned it to us. If the manufacturer deems the problem is not covered under warranty, you will be billed for the inbound and outbound shipping charges due to return the item to you.
We offer a full 2 year manufacturer's warranty on all products unless otherwise stated.
Returns:
We like to make things as easy as possible, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it with no administrative or handling fees. The item must be unused with original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, less any one-way or return shipping charges imposed by the courier service.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest using your national postal service to return the goods. If the goods do not reach us, we are not in a position to exchange or refund the item. The customer is responsible for the goods until they have been received by us.
When an item is returned, we will inspect and refund as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 working days. The time it takes for refunds to be registered in the customer's bank accounts varies from bank to bank, but usually takes 1-3 working days.
