The Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Ultimate+ are the brand's flagship pedals, with a 200 kg load cell and up to 140 kg of real brake force, hydraulic damping on all three pedals and PC compatibility, built for professional drivers and elite sim racers who demand maximum realism.
Built from laser-cut stainless steel with a glass-bead-blasted finish (available in silver or black), the Ultimate+ reproduce the feel of a real racing brake: a two-stage system combines an adjustable initial coil spring, which simulates the pad-to-disc gap, with a stack of in-house thermoset elastomers that delivers a progressive force curve. They sit at the very top of the sim racing pedals range and are the training standard for GT, Formula and eSports drivers.
Key features
- 200 kg load cell brake: up to 140 kg of real force at the pedal plate, with 9 firmness settings and a realistic progressive curve.
- Hydraulic damping on all three pedals: two-way on brake and clutch (compression and return), one-way on the throttle for smoother application.
- Exclusive thermoset elastomers: progressive, consistent feel race after race, with no periodic maintenance.
- Fully adjustable geometry: angle, plate height, travel, preload and four mounting slots per pedal for fore/aft positioning.
- 12-bit USB controller with a metal enclosure and mounting points, for higher resolution and response.
- SmartControl and SmartControl Live: configurable non-linear output curves, dead zones and brake force, with saveable, shareable profiles.
- CAD and FEA engineering: slide bearings at the pivot points and proven durability beyond 1 million cycles.

Compatibility
The Sim Pedals Ultimate+ are compatible with PC only (Windows 10 or newer). They are not compatible with PlayStation or Xbox consoles, or with Linux. Because of the real motorsport-level forces they generate, they must be mounted on a very rigid base: an aluminium-profile cockpit, a thick drilled metal plate or the Ultimate+ Baseplate. They cannot be mounted on a standalone floor plate or a lightweight wheel stand.
Which configuration should you choose?
You can choose a silver or black finish, between 2 pedals (throttle and brake) or 3 pedals (adds the clutch, for H-pattern manual cars or left-foot braking), and add the Ultimate+ Baseplate in flat or heel-rest version to simplify mounting and improve ergonomics. For less demanding or home use, the Sprint range is a more affordable alternative.
Frequently asked questions
How much brake force do the Ultimate+ deliver?
The brake uses a 200 kg load cell and delivers up to 140 kg of real force at the pedal plate, enough to reproduce the brake feel of a GT3, an LMP or a Formula car.
What is the difference between the Ultimate+ and the Sprint?
The Ultimate+ step up to a 200 kg load cell (140 kg real), add hydraulic damping on all three pedals, 9 firmness settings and a 12-bit controller, and are rated for professional and commercial use. The Sprint use a 120 kg load cell (65 kg real) without hydraulics and are designed for home use.
Do they work on PlayStation or Xbox?
No. The Ultimate+ work on PC with Windows 10 or newer only; they are not compatible with consoles or Linux.
What maintenance does the hydraulic damping need?
None on a regular basis. The dampers are ultra-reliable and, in the unlikely event of a failure, can be removed while the pedal keeps its basic function, as the sensors are separate from the hydraulic circuit.
Do I need a special base to mount them?
Yes. They require a very rigid structure: aluminium profile, a thick drilled metal plate or the Ultimate+ Baseplate. They will not work resting on the floor or on a lightweight wheel stand.
What is included in the box?
The 2- or 3-pedal set depending on the chosen configuration, the 12-bit USB control box, the mounting hardware (bolts of various lengths, washers and nuts) and the quick guide.
