The VRS DirectForce Pro Pedals come with the pedal controller and a quality USB cable to connect to your PC (for 3 and 2 pedal sets).
The VRS DirectForce Pro Pedals are engineered to maximize your performance on the track. Every bolt, spring, and detail of the pedal design has been designed to bring out the best in the world's fastest sim racers and VRS trainers. Our revolutionary linkage-free throttle design eliminates friction, while the unique brake pedal offers the most consistent feel across a wide range of settings. Overall, the VRS DirectForce Pro Pedals will give you the ultimate sim racing experience.
Characteristics:
- Laser-cut stainless steel construction and FEA-optimized to minimize weight.
- Extensive pedal face adjustability, including height, angle, and depth.
- Coil springs for consistent, friction-free response.
- Custom PTFE inserts for even smoother operation.
- Load cells mounted on the pedal arm reduce the mounting footprint.
- Shielded and flanged ball bearings, eliminating free play in the construction.
Accelerator Pedal
- Precise, smooth, and durable. The accelerator pedal is designed without an alignment rod to completely eliminate friction during operation. The coil spring generates a consistent, frictionless, linear response. We're confident this pedal can be configured for almost any mounting requirement.
- Laser-cut, FEA-optimized stainless steel construction minimizes weight. Custom PTFE inserts create smoother operation. Shielded, flanged ball bearings eliminate free play within the construction. The coil springs use patented EN 10270-1 unalloyed music steel wire for high yield strength and resilience against permanent deflection.
- All pedals allow a 21-degree overall tilt angle change. Additionally, the pedal faces themselves can be adjusted over an angle range of over 30 degrees, as well as 20 mm of depth adjustment, with even more range for the accelerator face, and up to 30 mm of vertical adjustment. The accelerator pedal has a maximum travel of 20.3 degrees, or 58.1 mm of offset, with the pedal face in the mid-position. When adjusted for minimum travel, the travel is only 7.5 degrees, or 21.5 mm. Travel will decrease by 9%, and pedal force will also increase by 9% when the face is at minimum height and vice versa. This results in a maximum configurable pedal force of 8.4 kg. In its stock configuration, the center of the pedal face is 188 mm high from the base mounting point, without a heel plate. The face itself is 120mm long and 55mm wide.
Brake Pedal
- A unique mechanical mechanism is used in combination with extremely stiff coil springs to deliver a consistent pedal feel that won't degrade over time and won't suffer from hysteresis. This means you'll get the same response every time when you release the brake as when you apply it. This same mechanism includes an adjustable tie rod linkage for an infinite range of pedal force curves. Want a soft pedal with plenty of travel? We've got you covered. Do you prefer a firm pedal that can tolerate 130 kg on the face? You can fine-tune exactly the feel you need with this brake. In its stock configuration, the center of the pedal face is 200 mm high from the base mounting point, without a heel plate. The face itself is 100 mm long and 70 mm wide.
- Like the accelerator pedal, the laser-cut, FEA-optimized stainless steel construction minimizes weight. Custom PTFE inserts create smoother operation. Shielded, flanged ball bearings eliminate free play within the construction. High-performance compression springs made exclusively from special 50 Cr V4 steel to the highest standards allow forces of 200 kg to be routinely tolerated, with ultimate reliability.
- In its stock configuration, with the blue spring installed, the brake pedal has a maximum pedal force of 65 kg, with 16.2 degrees or 49.6 mm of travel. This can be increased to 18.5 degrees with the shorter tie rod configuration. With the included red spring installed, the maximum pedal force with the standard configuration is 130 kg, at 15 degrees and 46.1 mm of travel. Since travel will decrease by 9% and pedal force will also increase by 9% when the face is at minimum height and vice versa, the maximum pedal force can be configured to reach 140 kg.
Clutch Pedal
- With over 30kg on the pedal face in its stiffest configuration, this pedal recreates the feel of a serious race car. The force feedback emulates the response of real clutch plate springs. Seamless integration via the DirectForce® Pro Pedal Controller into your setup. In its stock configuration, the center of the pedal face is 200mm high from the base mounting point, without a heel plate. The face itself is 100mm long and 55mm wide.
- The laser-cut, FEA-optimized stainless steel construction minimizes weight. Custom PTFE inserts create smoother operation. Shielded, flanged ball bearings eliminate free play within the construction. Spring steel coil springs provide very high yield strength. The high-performance compression spring, made exclusively from special 50 Cr V4 steel to the highest standards, allows high forces to be routinely tolerated with ultimate reliability.
- The clutch pedal has a maximum travel of 25.4 degrees, or 77.1 mm, with the pedal face in the mid-position. Maximum pedal force is up to 23.5 kg in the stock configuration. When set for minimum travel, the travel is only 12.4 degrees, or 37.8 mm. Travel will decrease by 9%, and pedal force will also increase by 9% when the face is at minimum height, and vice versa.
