The Heusinkveld MagShift Mini is an ultra-compact sequential shifter with a patented magnetic shift system with adjustable force (4 to 8 kg, upshift and downshift set separately) and contactless opto-electronic sensors, in just 5.75 × 9.15 × 16.9 cm.

Don't be fooled by its size: it can be set from a smooth touch to a very firm one, delivering a solid, realistic shift feel. Built from steel and aluminium, with wear-free electronics and full customisation through SmartControl, it is the most versatile compact sequential shifter for rally, touring cars or GT when space is limited.

Mounting options

It includes the U-bracket for horizontal profiles. Optionally (choose them in the variants) you can add: an angled mount to install it at an angle, a vertical mount for vertical profiles (4080 / 40120 / 40160) or a desk clamp for setups without a cockpit. You can also swap the lever for the MagShift Mini extended lever for a longer throw and a smoother feel.

Compatibility

The MagShift Mini connects via USB independently of your wheelbase or wheel, so it works with any PC/Windows sim racing setup. It is not compatible with consoles (PS5/Xbox). It shares profiles with other Heusinkveld SmartControl devices (pedals, handbrake…).

How is it different from the full-size MagShift?

The Mini is ultra-compact, with 2-way adjustment (upshift and downshift, 4–8 kg) and up to 4 outputs. The full MagShift is larger, with 3-way adjustment (4.5–11 kg) and a 3-button mini button box.

Can the firmness be adjusted?

Yes. The upshift and downshift force are set separately between 4 and 8 kg, from smooth to very firm.

What mounting options does it have?

It includes a U-bracket for horizontal profiles; optionally, an angled mount, a vertical mount or a desk clamp (selected in the variants).

Does it work on consoles?

No. The MagShift Mini works via USB on PC/Windows only.

Can I lengthen the lever?

Yes, with the optional extended lever, which lengthens the throw and smooths the feel (the force range becomes 3–6 kg).
