Please provide as much detail as possible to help us better understand and solve the issue efficiently.
We recommend attaching photos or videos of the issue (max. 5MB). If the files are too large, upload them to a cloud service (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Drive, etc.) and share the link in the Additional Comments field.
Providing this is highly recommended. Some manufacturers may require it.
