The Asetek La Prima is a direct drive wheelbase of 12 Nm for sim racing, compatible with PC, aimed at drivers entering Direct Drive at a professional level without compromising on precision or finish.

Built by Asetek SimSports and designed, assembled and tested in Denmark, the La Prima shares its high-end DNA: 12 Nm of direct torque, a 4 Nm/ms slew rate, a 22-bit absolute encoder and an anodised extruded aluminium housing, with a slipring tested to over 200 million rotations.

Compatibility

The Asetek La Prima works on PC only (Windows 10 and 11) with RaceHub; it is not compatible with consoles. It is fully compatible with Asetek SimSports wheels, pedals and peripherals, and its compact format allows front, bottom or side mounting in a cockpit.

Is the Asetek La Prima compatible with PlayStation or Xbox?

No. The La Prima is a PC-only direct drive wheelbase (Windows 10 and 11) and is not compatible with consoles.

How much torque does the La Prima deliver?

It delivers 12 Nm of direct torque, with a 4 Nm/ms slew rate for an immediate response.

How does it differ from the Forte or Invicta?

The La Prima delivers 12 Nm; the Forte steps up to 18 Nm and the Invicta to 27 Nm. All three share the 22-bit encoder and the same Asetek Quick Release.

What is in the box?

The base, the 180 W power supply, the USB-C to USB-A cable, the power button box and the mains cables (EU, UK and US).

Which wheels can I use?
