What does it mean that a product is on pre-order?

A product on PRE-ORDER means it is not yet available for immediate delivery, but it is on its way. When you place the order the amount is charged and you guarantee that you will receive the product once it is back in stock. You can place several orders if you wish: the PRE-ORDER to secure the product and the next batch.

How do I know when a product on PRE-ORDER arrives?

The availability dates for pre-order products are shown on the corresponding product pages. Check them there to stay informed about the availability status.

What does it mean when a product is in stock?

When a product is in stock, it means it is available in our warehouses and can be shipped immediately after order confirmation. If an in-stock item is ordered together with pre-order items, several orders are needed to receive the available items sooner.

Are the products made of quality materials?

Naturally, yes. The products offered are carefully selected to meet the high quality standards our customers deserve. We guarantee durability, precision and safety in every product we offer.

How do I know if the product I want is in stock?

You can tell whether the product you want is in stock by looking at the indicator shown on the product page. A stock indicator usually appears. If it is not in stock, it will be shown as Sold out. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.

What happens if my order contains both in-stock and pre-order items?

Not the entire order will be in the same shipment. Immediately available stock is processed first. If the order includes items that are immediately in stock, additional separate orders are needed to receive what is already available sooner.

What payment methods can I use?

VISA or Mastercard credit card, PayPal, Aplazame, Klarna or bank transfer.

Do you offer financing?

Simufy offers you the option to defer the payment of your purchase. We offer financing for orders up to €1,500 interest-free or in several instalments with different rates depending on your situation. Defer and pay in convenient instalments fully flexible to your situation.

If I return a product, will I get a refund?

Yes, as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was shipped. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on the product there may be exceptions; for more information see our Returns Policy.
