The MOZA R12 V2 is a 12 Nm direct drive wheelbase for sim racing, widely regarded as the torque sweet spot: enough power to convey every detail of the track without becoming overwhelming. It is compatible with PC, and with Xbox when paired with an Xbox-licensed MOZA wheel.

It packs a slanted-pole servo motor (18-slot / 16-pole) with neodymium magnets and a carbon fibre-wrapped rotor for better thermal dissipation, plus a 21-bit magnetic encoder —2,097,152 steps per revolution and 0.00017° resolution— and a 280 MHz processor. It features the NexGen 4.0 algorithm with iRacing support at 360 Hz and Hand-Off Protection (Mode 2), which steadies the wheel when you let go without interfering with drifting or aggressive manoeuvres.

Compatibility

The MOZA R12 V2 is natively compatible with PC. It works with Xbox only when paired with an Xbox-licensed MOZA wheel, such as the ESX. It is not compatible with PlayStation. It is part of the MOZA ecosystem and works with the brand's sim racing wheels, pedals, shifters and handbrake through the MOZA Quick Release and its dedicated ports.
