The VIRPIL CDT-AEROMAX Flightstick is an ultra-compact, all-metal flight joystick with a dual-cam gimbal and 14-bit contactless digital sensors (0.02 detection), compatible with PC and available in left- or right-hand versions.

Built by VIRPIL Controls, it delivers high-end performance in a desk-friendly format that adapts to HOTAS and HOSAS setups. It is part of the VIRPIL Controls range and is recognised as a standard USB device, with the VPC Configuration Suite included.

Which version should you choose?

Choose the right-hand version (CDT-AEROMAX-R) for your main flying hand and the left-hand one (CDT-AEROMAX-L) for your throttle hand; for a HOSAS setup you can combine both. You can also add the CDT-AEROMAX Throttle Module directly from the options selector.

Compatibility

The CDT-AEROMAX Flightstick works as a standard USB device on PC (Windows), with no drivers, and is compatible with any simulator or game that recognises USB controllers, such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, DCS World, Star Citizen or Elite Dangerous. It fits HOTAS, HOSAS, desk-mount and custom simpit setups, and supports the CDT-AEROMAX Throttle Module (optional). It is not compatible with consoles.
