The activation force depends on the combination of magnet and spacer:

800g = 5mm + 5mm (factory setting)

480 g = 3 mm + 3 mm

340g = 3mm + 3mm + 1 spacer
260g = 3mm + 3mm + 2 spacers

Use the included magnets to remove the magnets from the dek shifter cam.
