In order to demonstrate how the Pedals works, diagrams and graphs of the relationship of the pressure force movement to the pedal lever have been created. These graphs also show one of the many advantages of the Pedals TAU, which is the realism of the work that translates into sensations close to real impressions.
A wide range of adjustments has been designed to meet the needs of various customers. The range of adjustment includes items such as: changing the pedal lever stops and angle; changing the pressure spring position; adjusting the pressure spring with a knurled knob; changing the piston position; changing the piston base position; changing the pedal position.
The entire working mechanism is also adjustable.
All settings allow the user to configure the Pedals in terms of the position of the elements and the force with which they operate.
TAU Pedals are made of 3 mm sandblasted stainless steel. This material, as well as its processing, makes the Pedals not only striking in appearance, but also serves every user for years to come.
Mechanism
The pedal mechanism is based on the change of pressure on the piston, which places them in the group of innovative solutions in the category of Pedals simracing. When the pedal is pressed with the foot, the piston is also pressed. The pressure on the piston then changes and is processed by the analog pressure sensor.
The analog signal is sent to the main controller, where it is filtered and processed according to the characteristics set by the user. The analog signal processed in this way is sent to the PC in 16-bit resolution.
Direct Controller
The Pedals set is equipped with the DIRECT CONTROLLER V2, an HMI control panel responsible for the software of the Pedals. The most important advantage of the panel that distinguishes the controller from other similar products is that it does not require any additional application. The software is sufficient to change the configuration of all characteristic parameters of the Pedals that affect the game. The main goal of DCV2 is to obtain the highest possible driving realism. Elements such as the mapping of the Pedals and the configuration of the dead zones have been used to implement this concept.
In addition, the DCV2 software is extended with the option to save four configuration profiles from Pedals. Thanks to this, when changing games, e.g. from DIRT to F1, there is no need to reset the Pedals, just click on the previously saved F1 profile and that's it. This saves time and allows you to switch to another game more efficiently. DCV2 will also be perfect in situations where profiles are not saved and the surface has changed or weather conditions have worsened significantly (e.g. rain). This situation does not require rushing out of the game to make adjustments: DCV2 allows you to make changes while playing. Thanks to these advantages, you will never want to go back from what DCV2 offers you.

Cut-off times:
11 a.m. GMT+1 from Monday to Friday. We aim to ship all orders placed before 11:00 a.m. GMT+1 the same day, but during peak periods this is not always possible.
Tracking/Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, your tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address you provided in your order.
Please note that it is completely normal for multiple item orders to be split in transit. Each individual package is labelled and barcoded and will arrive at its destination. If you find that part of your order has been delivered and part is still in transit, this is almost always rectified within a day or two.
If you are concerned, you can contact the customer service department of your local freight forwarder with your tracking number.
Warranty:
If you have any problems with products that are still under warranty, you must first contact us by email at [email protected]. We will do our best to help troubleshoot the problem with you before contacting the manufacturer. If we are unable to fix the problem, the products must be returned to our warehouse, including details such as the serial number and any available backup images or video. Simufy will provide you with a return label and cover the cost of the return. We will then work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not issue replacements for any item under warranty until the manufacturer has repaired or replaced the item and returned it to us. If the manufacturer deems the problem is not covered under warranty, you will be billed for the inbound and outbound shipping charges due to return the item to you.
We offer a full 2 year manufacturer's warranty on all products unless otherwise stated.
Returns:
We like to make things as easy as possible, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it with no administrative or handling fees. The item must be unused with original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, less any one-way or return shipping charges imposed by the courier service.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest using your national postal service to return the goods. If the goods do not reach us, we are not in a position to exchange or refund the item. The customer is responsible for the goods until they have been received by us.
When an item is returned, we will inspect and refund as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 working days. The time it takes for refunds to be registered in the customer's bank accounts varies from bank to bank, but usually takes 1-3 working days.
