The Simucube 3 QR Adapter for Ascher Racing is a CNC-machined aluminium mounting plate that fits the SC3 Link Quick Release from Simucube 3 onto Ascher Racing Ultimate, Pro and Sport steering wheels, with an ultra-slim 5 mm profile.

The Simucube 3 introduces a new, more rigid and precise Quick Release pattern whose fixing points overlap the hardware on some Ascher wheels — the Artura and YOUR Ultimate in particular — preventing a direct mount. This adapter acts as an intermediate plate that corrects the screw pattern, keeps perfect centring and spreads the loads in use, with no modifications or special tools.

Which Ascher wheels need this adapter?

It mounts the Simucube 3 SC3 Link Quick Release on the Ascher Racing McLaren Artura Ultimate, Pro and Sport and on the YOUR Ultimate. On these models the wheel's fixing points overlap those of the SC3, and the adapter corrects the screw pattern.

Do I need it if I buy a Simucube 3 base or bundle?

Not necessarily. Simucube 3 wheelbases include it depending on the chosen configuration and the bundles already come with it. Check your configuration before buying it separately.

Does it work with the McLaren Artura GT4?

The Artura GT4 doesn't use this adapter on its own: it also needs a 50/70 mm spacer over 70 mm in length to keep the correct mounting distance.

Do F-Series wheels or B-Series plates need it?

No. F-Series wheels (F64, F28) and B-Series plates (B16, B24) mount directly and don't require this adapter.
