The Sabelt SimRacing 5-Point Harness is a five-point seatbelt for simulator cockpits that uses the same webbing, buckle, hooks and fixing parts as Sabelt's racing harnesses, adapted for sim racing.

It brings motorsport DNA to your rig and is compatible with 5-point installations and belt tensioner systems, such as the one fitted to Sabelt cockpits with the Sabelt Belt Tensioner Kit. It comes in three colours (Deep Black, Racing Red and Royal Blue) and, if you prefer a simpler set-up, there is also the Sabelt SimRacing 4-point harness. Compatibility

Sabelt lists it for 5-point installations and for systems with a belt tensioner, but does not publish which cockpit series it fits, the webbing width or the buckle type. It is a simulation-specific product: Sabelt does not present it as a homologated seatbelt for use in vehicles. If you are unsure how to anchor it in your cockpit, ask us before you buy.

What is the difference between the 5-point and the 4-point harness?

The 5-point version adds a fifth anchor, the crotch strap between the legs, which completes the restraint of your body in the bucket seat. If you want a simpler installation, the Sabelt SimRacing 4-point harness is the alternative.

Is it compatible with a belt tensioner?

Yes. Sabelt lists it as compatible with belt tensioner systems; on Sabelt cockpits the tensioner is mounted with the Belt Tensioner Kit, sold separately.
