The Asetek Round Leather is a round, hand-stitched genuine leather wheel rim for sim racing, compatible with the Asetek SimSports GT Button Box, aimed at drivers who switch between GT, rally and drift without touching their button mapping.

It is part of Asetek's modular system: the same Button Box keeps your entire control mapping and you simply change the rim to transform the feel and style of your wheel in seconds, with no tools. As it is hand-stitched, every unit shows slight variations in stitching and finish typical of a handcrafted piece.

No. In Asetek's modular system the Button Box keeps all the button mapping; when you change the rim you keep your configuration in the sim.

Do I need gloves with the leather rim?

They are not essential. The perforated leather grips well without gloves; if you prefer a suede feel for rally, a suede version is available.

Why does each rim show small differences?

Because it is hand-stitched. You may see minor variations in stitching, leather stretch and finish around the corners, a sign of its handcrafted manufacture.
