The Asetek Initium is a direct drive wheelbase of 5.5 Nm for sim racing, compatible with PC, aimed at drivers stepping up to Direct Drive who still want precise force feedback with room to grow.

Designed and built by Asetek SimSports, the Initium brings Danish engineering to the entry tier: a 5.5 Nm Direct Drive motor with a 1.9 Nm/ms slew rate, a 14-bit absolute encoder and an aluminium housing. When you want more torque, the Boost Kit takes it to 8 Nm without changing the base.

The Asetek Initium works on PC only (Windows 10 and 11) with the RaceHub software; it is not compatible with PlayStation or Xbox. It accepts Asetek wheels with Quick Release and third-party wheels via the matching QR adapter, and connects the rest of your Asetek peripherals through its 5 ports.
