The MOZA R25 Ultra TrueTorque is MOZA's most powerful direct drive wheelbase: 25 Nm of sustained torque with a real torque sensor (TrueTorque) that measures output torque at 2 kHz with 0.1% accuracy. It is the only MOZA base compatible with console: PC and Xbox (with the MOZA ESX wheel).

It packs the zero-cogging flat-wire motor with a 21-bit magnetic encoder (2,097,152 pulses per revolution) and intelligent thermal management, keeping the full 25 Nm with no throttling. The TrueTorque sensor closes the force feedback loop on the real physical torque —not a current-based estimate— for a more immediate, faithful response. Its die-cast aluminium unibody housing and slip ring rated for over 10 million rotations ensure stability and durability.

Compatibility

The MOZA R25 Ultra TrueTorque is compatible with PC and Xbox (Series X|S and Xbox One). Xbox compatibility requires the licensed MOZA ESX wheel. It is not compatible with PlayStation. It is the only MOZA base with a console route. It is part of the MOZA ecosystem and works with the brand's sim racing wheels, pedals, shifters, handbrake and dashboards through the MOZA Quick Release and its dedicated ports.

Does the MOZA R25 Ultra work on console?

Yes, on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, as long as it is paired with the Xbox-licensed MOZA ESX wheel. It is the only MOZA base with a console route. It is not compatible with PlayStation.

What is the TrueTorque sensor and where do you notice it?

It is a sensor that measures the motor's real output torque at 2 kHz with 0.1% accuracy. Force feedback works on that physical measurement rather than a current-based estimate, which translates into a more immediate, faithful and consistent response under load.

How is it different from the R21 Ultra?

They share the zero-cogging flat-wire motor and 21-bit encoder. The R25 raises sustained torque to 25 Nm (versus 21) and adds the TrueTorque sensor for greater fidelity and response. The R25 is also the only one with an Xbox route.

Is the 25 Nm peak or sustained?

It is 25 Nm of sustained torque, not a brief peak. The base maintains full force with no throttling even in long endurance races, thanks to its intelligent thermal management.
