The VPC MongoosT-50CM3 is the third-generation flightstick base from the VIRPIL Controls range, with 14-bit contactless digital sensors and 0.02° resolution, for flight simulation on PC.

It is fully machined from D16T aircraft-grade duralumin and lets you adjust the self-centring and the tension of each axis through interchangeable cams and springs. It is the base built for helicopter, aircraft and spacecraft pilots who want maximum fidelity, even with long extensions and heavy metal grips.

Thrustmaster grips: Warthog, F/A-18C and Cougar (requires removing 2 bolts from the connector to avoid damage).
PC over USB, driver-free, with Microsoft Flight Simulator, DCS World, Elite Dangerous and any simulator that accepts USB controllers.

It connects to a PC via USB and is not compatible with consoles.

It needs no drivers: it is recognised as a standard USB device. The free VPC Configuration Suite software lets you map axes and buttons, create profiles and fine-tune the response.

Can I use it with Thrustmaster grips?

Yes. It works with the Thrustmaster Warthog, F/A-18C and Cougar grips; in those cases you must remove 2 bolts from the connector to avoid damage.

Is it compatible with consoles?

No. The VPC MongoosT-50CM3 connects to a PC over USB and is not compatible with consoles.

Does it suit both helicopters and jets or space combat?
