The Simucube 3 Ultimate is a 35 Nm direct drive wheelbase for sim racing with a spoke-type IPM motor and a 23-bit absolute angle sensor, compatible with PC and built for drivers after the highest level of Force Feedback. A Simucube Link Hub is required to operate.

For this new generation, Simucube has completely re-engineered the control algorithm, developed a zero-play quick release and rebuilt its software. The Ultimate adds telemetry-based effects, an included control box and a 5-year warranty; it is designed in Finland and manufactured in the EU. Compatible with PC (Windows). It is not compatible with PlayStation or Xbox.
A Simucube Link Hub is required to operate; if you do not have one, choose the option that includes it. A single Link Hub serves several Simucube devices (for example an ActivePedal or a Valo GT-23).
For setups with more than one Link Hub, Simucube recommends the Teltonika Ethernet Switch.

Do I need the Simucube Link Hub to use the Simucube 3 Ultimate?

Yes, it is mandatory for the wheelbase to work. If you do not own one, choose the option that includes it when ordering. A single Link Hub is enough for several Simucube devices, such as the ActivePedal or the Valo GT-23.

Is the Link Quick Release included with the wheelbase?

No. The wheelbase does not include it: compatible wheels sold by Simucube already come with their Link Quick Release, but if you want to fit a wheel you already own, it has to be bought separately.

Is it compatible with PlayStation or Xbox?

No. The Simucube 3 Ultimate is a PC-only wheelbase for Windows and offers no console compatibility.

What motor does the Ultimate use and how does it differ from the Sport and Pro?

The Ultimate uses a spoke-type IPM motor with 35 Nm and maximum response speed, against the 15 Nm of the Sport and the 25 Nm of the Pro, both with SPM motors. It also carries a 5-year warranty instead of 3.

What telemetry effects does it offer?

It includes telemetry-based effects such as road texture, ABS and RPM, configurable from the Simucube Tuner 3.0 software.

What is the Quick Release like?

It uses P3G polygon technology: self-centring, it locks in instantly and works with zero play under heavy Force Feedback loads. Power and data are transferred through Simucube LightBridge, with no wearing parts.
