The VIRPIL Vector Flight Yoke Base is a flight-sim yoke base with 160 mm of pitch travel and a roll axis adjustable to 90 or 180, compatible with PC, aimed at virtual pilots flying general and commercial aviation.

Built by VIRPIL Controls, the Vector drops the bungees and limited mechanisms of traditional yokes in favour of contactless digital sensors, adjustable axes and realistic travel. It is part of the VIRPIL Controls range and works as a plug-and-play USB device, with the VPC Configuration Suite for fine-tuning.

180 reproduces the traditional general-aviation setup, while 90 mimics the travel typical of luxury business jets. The limiter can be switched in seconds.

Does it need drivers or special software?

It is plug and play and needs no drivers. The optional VPC Configuration Suite lets you map axes and buttons, build profiles and fine-tune the hardware behaviour.

How is the base mounted?

Via the Vector Desk Mount or Vector Dual Desk Mount (sold separately) or through the underside hard-mount points, ideal for simrigs and dedicated cockpits.
