The most important thing is that you feel comfortable in this position for hours.

Some considerations: Your legs should be almost straight at your maximum braking point, still slightly bent, not fully extended! Your knees should be behind your steering wheel/base.

The base of the wheel should be at shoulder height, with the wheel axis pointing toward your neck/chin. Your toes should be just visible behind the base of the wheel.

The most important factor is the seat. Your body weight should be evenly distributed from your legs to your neck.
