The SOELPEC XR-5 Display is a 5-inch touchscreen sim racing dashboard with 33 configurable telemetry LEDs and a 6061 aluminium structure, compatible with PC through SimHub.

It mounts between the wheel and the wheelbase using two carbon fibre brackets — either fixed or on a 70 mm adjustable arm — and connects to your PC with a single USB Type-C cable. Everything shown on screen, the LEDs and the RGB light bars is configured from SimHub using SOELPEC's official plugin and dashboard, with no additional proprietary software required.

No. The XR-5 Display is designed exclusively for PC, because all of its functionality relies on SimHub. It is not compatible with PlayStation or Xbox.

What software do I need to run the XR-5 Display?

You need SimHub installed with the USB display drivers option enabled, the SOELPEC plugin (a DLL file copied into the SimHub folder) and the SOELPEC Dashboard file, which is imported into the SimHub library along with the fonts specified by the manufacturer.

Which wheelbases and cockpits does the mounting fit?

The flat carbon plate has a hole pattern compatible with most wheelbases on the market, and the adjustable bracket adds a 70 mm extension arm to set height and tilt. The 1/4-inch rear thread also allows you to use standard mounting accessories.

Can I use SimHub dashboards other than the SOELPEC one?

Yes. The XR-5 Display works with any SimHub-compatible dashboard, although the official SOELPEC dashboard is the one that unlocks all the display-specific functions, such as the colour themes and the plugin settings.

The manufacturer recommends a powered USB hub to guarantee a stable connection. At high brightness levels and on a port without additional power, the connection may drop during use.
