The MOZA E-Stop Switch is an aluminium emergency-stop button for sim racing that instantly cuts the Force Feedback —or the power— of your MOZA Direct Drive wheelbase at the push of a button, with no drivers required.

Its large mushroom-style button is a hardware safety cut-off that bypasses menus and keyboard shortcuts. It is especially useful with high-torque Direct Drive bases, where an unexpected wheel movement is best stopped at once.

Modes 1 (USB) and 2 (RJ11 to the DASH) only disable Force Feedback while you hold the button. Mode 3 (RJ9 to the E-STOP port) cuts the base's power completely.

Does it need drivers or software?

No. It plugs in and works straight away, with no drivers or extra software to install.

What happens after using Mode 3?

Because it cuts power completely, you have to switch the base back on manually. Some games will need a restart to restore Force Feedback.
