The Simagic TB-1 is a load cell handbrake for sim racing, with a 100 kg sensor and full-metal CNC-machined aluminium construction, compatible with PC and Simagic wheelbases, built for rally and drift drivers who want progressive, consistent braking.

Unlike a position-based handbrake, the TB-1 measures the actual force you apply through a load cell, ensuring repeatable inputs under pressure. Its 2-stage resistance system reproduces the increasing feel of a real mechanical handbrake, and the dual-mode lever switches between horizontal (road) and vertical (rally/drift) use in seconds.

The Simagic TB-1 connects via USB Type-C directly to your PC (plug and play, no drivers) and is compatible with Simagic wheelbases. It works on PC; it is not compatible with PlayStation or Xbox consoles.

What is the difference between the TB-1 and a position-based handbrake?

Can it be mounted vertically and horizontally?

Yes. The dual-mode lever switches between horizontal (road) and vertical (rally/drift) position. Side mounting requires the optional L-plate bracket, sold separately.

Does it need a Simagic wheelbase to work?

No. The TB-1 connects via USB Type-C directly to your PC, with no drivers. It can optionally also be connected to a Simagic wheelbase.

Can the brake stiffness be adjusted?

Yes. Stiffness is adjusted through interchangeable rubber compounds and adjustable damping; disassembly is simple and tool-free.

Is the handle interchangeable?
