The Sim-Lab P1X Pro is a high-strength aluminium-profile sim racing cockpit with a triple base-mounting system —front, flat platform and Fanatec side mount— built for drivers who want a completely rigid, flex-free chassis with the most powerful direct drive wheelbases.

Built from aluminium profiles up to 160 x 40 mm with sandwich plates and pre-drilled holes, the P1X Pro eliminates the flex that robs Force Feedback of precision. It is the chassis chosen by the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team for its esports programme, and it includes a side mount for a handbrake and shifter as standard, plus a pedal plate adjustable in position and angle.

Compatibility

The P1X Pro is a universal chassis for building your racing simulator: it works with any PC and console setup, since PlayStation or Xbox compatibility depends on the base and sim racing wheel you fit. The base-mount option you choose defines the compatible wheelbases:

  • Front mount: Simucube 2 Sport/Pro/Ultimate, Simagic Alpha Mini DD/Ultimate, Bodnar 50 Series, Lenze MCS12, MiGe 130ST, VRS DirectForce Pro.
  • Flat platform (universal): Fanatec CSL, CSW, CSL DD, GT DD Pro, DD1 and DD2, Moza R-Series, Asetek Forte/Prima/Invicta, Thrustmaster, Logitech G and Pro, AccuForce, Simagic.
  • Fanatec side: Fanatec DD1, DD2, CSL DD, GT DD Pro and ClubSport DD.

Compatible with most pedal sets (Sim-Lab XP1, Heusinkveld, Asetek, Fanatec, Moza, Simagic…) and with seats such as the Sim-Lab Speed 1, Sparco Grid Q and Circuit II or the Mercedes-AMG F1 seat. Some peripherals require specific brackets; the seat bracket and slider and the monitor mount are sold separately.

Which direct drive wheelbases are compatible with the P1X Pro?

Almost all of them. The front mount fits bases such as Simucube 2 and Simagic; the flat platform fits brands like Fanatec, Moza, Asetek, Logitech or Thrustmaster; and the side mount is designed specifically for the Fanatec DD1, DD2, CSL DD and GT DD Pro.

Does the P1X Pro include a seat, pedals and wheel?

No. The P1X Pro is the aluminium chassis with its base-mount system, pedal plate, side mount, adjustable feet and seat bolts. The seat, wheelbase, wheel and pedals are purchased separately.

Is it compatible with PlayStation and Xbox consoles?

The cockpit works with any setup. PlayStation or Xbox compatibility depends on your base and wheel being licensed for that console, not on the chassis itself.

Can I mount a handbrake and shifter?

Yes. The P1X Pro includes a robust side mount designed for fitting a handbrake, sequential shifter and other accessories with no extra parts.

Do I need to buy the monitor mount separately?

Yes. The single and triple Integrated Vario monitor mounts are optional and selected separately, as are the seat bracket and slider.
