The PXN Vector X Clutch is the optional clutch pedal for the PXN Vector X pedal set, with a 30 kg load cell and a two-stage mechanical structure for sim racing, compatible with PC, that recreates the bite point of a real clutch.

It is the module that turns the two-pedal Vector X set into a three-pedal pedal set. Its two-stage linkage produces a nonlinear resistance that mimics the engagement point of a genuine clutch, backed by a 30 kg high-precision load cell. Construction is fully metal, with a 3 mm forged carbon fibre pedal face, and it shares the 304 stainless steel and 6061 aluminium base plate of the set.

Does the PXN Vector X Clutch work on its own?

No. It is an optional module added to the PXN Vector X pedal set to go from two to three pedals; on its own it does not form a pedal set.

What sensor does it use?

A 30 kg high-precision load cell, which measures applied force rather than position, for a constant and repeatable response.

Is it compatible with PlayStation or Xbox?

No. Like the rest of the Vector X set, it is a PC product for Windows and does not work on PlayStation or Xbox consoles.

Can the clutch resistance be adjusted?

The pedal resistance is not currently adjustable. Tilt, height, preload and travel can be adjusted via the mounting slots.

What does the two-stage structure add?

The two-stage linkage produces a nonlinear resistance that reproduces the bite point of a real clutch, helping to build muscle memory for standing starts and manual-gearbox shifts.

Can it be added later?

Yes. The clutch is sold separately, so you can start with the two-pedal set and add it later to complete the three-pedal set.
