The Fanatec ClubSport V3 is a three-pedal set with a 90 kg load cell brake for sim racing, compatible with PC and consoles (via a Fanatec wheelbase), aimed at drivers who demand realistic braking and maximum durability.

Built entirely from CNC-machined aluminium, it features contactless magnetic Hall sensors with 12-bit resolution (4,096 steps) on throttle and clutch, vibration on brake and throttle, and a tool-free adjustment system. It is the benchmark of the ClubSport range and expands with the Brake Performance Kit and the Damper Kit.

Do the Fanatec ClubSport V3 work on PS5 and Xbox Series?

Yes, as long as they are connected to a Fanatec wheelbase compatible with the console. Over direct USB they only work on PC.

What is the difference between a load cell brake and a normal brake?

The load cell measures the pressure you apply (up to 90 kg), not how far the pedal travels, reproducing the feel of a real brake and improving braking consistency.

Do I need the Brake Performance Kit to use them?

No. The pedals work out of the box with the load cell brake. The Brake Performance Kit is optional and lets you fine-tune brake feel with elastomers of different hardness.

Does the vibration work in every game?

Brake and throttle vibration is triggered through telemetry, so it depends on the game or the Fanatec software sending it; not every title supports it.

What resolution do the pedals work at?

The throttle and clutch Hall sensors offer 12-bit (4,096 steps) per axis, for very precise control with no wear thanks to the contactless design.
