The Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint are load cell sim racing pedals with a 120 kg load cell and up to 65 kg of real brake force, compatible with PC, designed for sim racers and eSports drivers who want consistent, fully adjustable braking.

Built from stainless steel with a powder-coated, glass-bead-blasted finish, the Sprint combine a compact, rigid structure with electronics integrated into the brake pedal for a clean install. The two-stage brake (initial spring plus elastomers) measures applied force through a load cell, so you brake by pressure rather than travel: the key to nailing the same braking point lap after lap. They are the benchmark sim racing pedals for the demanding home sim racer.

Compatibility

The Sim Pedals Sprint are compatible with PC only (Windows 10 or newer). They are not compatible with PlayStation or Xbox consoles, or with Linux. Because of their high braking force they must be mounted on a rigid structure: an aluminium-profile cockpit, a thick metal plate or the Sprint Baseplate (sold separately). They are not suitable for direct floor mounting or for a wheel stand without a rigid link to the seat.

Which configuration should you choose?

The 2-pedal version includes throttle and brake; the 3-pedal version adds the clutch, recommended for H-pattern manual cars or for left-foot braking. You can add the Sprint Baseplate to simplify mounting. For professional or heavy commercial use, Heusinkveld offers the Ultimate+ range.

Do the Heusinkveld Sprint pedals work on PlayStation or Xbox?

No. The Sprint work on PC with Windows 10 or newer only; they are not compatible with consoles or Linux.

How much real brake force do they deliver?

The brake uses a 120 kg load cell delivering up to 65 kg of real force at the pedal plate, more than enough for any category, from an MX-5 to an LMP2 or GTE.

Do I need a baseplate or platform to mount them?

They require a rigid structure (an aluminium-profile cockpit or a metal plate). You can add the Sprint Baseplate to make mounting easier. They will not work resting directly on the floor or on a wheel stand.

What is the difference between the 2- and 3-pedal versions?

The 2-pedal set includes throttle and brake; the 3-pedal set adds the clutch, useful for H-pattern manual cars or for left-foot braking.

What is SmartControl and do I need to recalibrate when adjusting?

SmartControl is Heusinkveld's free software for configuring non-linear output curves, dead zones and brake force, with saveable, shareable profiles. Adjustments apply without recalibrating (including in iRacing) and the pedals ship factory-calibrated. SmartControl Live lets you change settings while driving.

Do the sensors wear out over time?

No. The load cells are insensitive to dust and dirt and do not wear out; the pivot points use slide bearings tested to 1 million cycles.
