The D-BOX Advanced Traction Loss & Sway Platform is a 2-degrees-of-freedom motion platform, developed by Advanced SimRacing and D-BOX, that reproduces traction loss (yaw) and lateral sway by moving the entire simulator to take sim racing realism to another level.

The result of over 18 months of R&D, the platform translates the vehicle's lateral and slip forces with professional-grade precision: you feel the exact moment the rear axle loses grip and can catch the slide earlier, refining your lap times. It is powered by D-BOX actuators, the only haptic technology provider officially licensed by the FIA.

Compatibility

It works on PC (Windows) for sim racing, managed by the D-BOX GameCenter software and the MotionCore driver. It can be used as a standalone 2DOF system or combined with the D-BOX G5 4250i Haptic System to achieve a full 5-degrees-of-freedom system. It is not compatible with consoles.
