The ProSimu P7MP is a 6-degrees-of-freedom (6DOF) motion platform with 7 PRS200 actuators and front and rear traction-loss simulation, compatible with PC, for professional car and flight simulation.
On top of the six real axes (heave, surge, sway, yaw, roll and pitch), it reproduces understeer (front traction loss) and oversteer (rear), which a conventional hexapod cannot. Its 750 W servomotors reach 280 mm/s and 2G with 44 movements per second, and CAN Bus communication at 10 Mbit/s (ISO 11898) keeps the response latency-free. It is the platform on which you build a professional-grade racing simulator or flight rig.
Key features
- True 6DOF (heave, surge, sway, yaw, roll and pitch) plus oversteer and understeer simulation.
- 7 PRS200 Black Series actuators with 750 W servos and selectable travel of 100, 150 or 200 mm.
- Speed up to 280 mm/s and acceleration up to 2G.
- 44 movements per second, with no perceptible latency.
- Platform just 43 cm high for a lower centre of gravity.
- Supported load up to 250 kg.
- CAN Bus communication at 10 Mbit/s (ISO 11898) and compatibility with over 100 games through SimTools.

Compatibility
The P7MP is controlled from a PC (Windows) through SimTools software optimised by ProSimu and works with over 100 car and flight simulators. Motion is managed from the PC, so it does not connect directly to consoles. It is ideal for simulators with or without screen stands.
Frequently asked questions
What sets the P7MP apart from a traditional hexapod platform?
The P7MP adds oversteer and understeer simulation (front and rear traction loss) to its 6DOF and reaches 280 mm/s, 2G and 44 movements per second with CAN Bus communication, versus the slower, higher-latency motion of a hexapod.
Which actuator travel should I choose: 100, 150 or 200 mm?
The 200 mm travel gives the widest range and immersion for driving and aviation; the 100 and 150 mm strokes are used in more compact installations.
Is it compatible with consoles?
It works with PC (Windows) through SimTools and over 100 simulators. Motion is controlled from the PC, so it does not connect directly to consoles.
How much does it weigh and how much can it support?
The platform weighs 380 kg and takes a load of up to 250 kg.
What do I need to use it?
A Windows PC with a USB 2.0 connection (a PCIe USB 3.0 card is recommended) and a 110–240 V power supply. The SimTools licence is included.
Where is it made and what warranty does it have?
It is designed and manufactured in France and sold with an official 2-year warranty and specialised technical support at Simufy.
