The Heusinkveld Sim Shifter Sequential is a compact and durable sequential shifting system, allowing it to be installed in the tightest simulator environments.

It has been specifically designed to mimic short-throw sequential shifters, which are often found in junior formula racing cars.

Using a spherical spring resistance system, shifting requires a maximum force early on, and then the resistance decreases. This simulates the feeling of the gearbox sliding into the next or previous gear when the lever is actuated.

The shifter is equipped with soft stops for the lever, resulting in a relatively low amount of noise when changing gears.

Adjustability

Each shifter comes with three different levers: a 30mm straight lever, a 50mm straight lever, and a 50mm bent lever. Since the resistance on the shifter unit itself is fixed, you can vary the shifting force by connecting a longer or shorter lever.

Additionally, each shifter comes with three types of plastic shift knobs, ranging in length from 46 mm to 90 mm. Combined with the different shifters, this allows you to vary the combined length of the shifter/knob assembly (measured from the top of the shifter's main unit) from 76 mm to 140 mm.

With three different levers and three different knobs, you'll have a total of 9 possible configurations.

The lever uses an M10 thread, so you can also connect any other third-party knob compatible with this size. Changing the lever or knob can be done in a matter of seconds.

Mounting

Each shifter comes with a table clamp. This allows you to attach the shifter to any table-like surface. The table clamp can be detached from the shifter if you require a different mounting solution.

An alternative mounting plate is included with each shifter to assist with mounting on a side frame or underneath the unit. The shifter unit can be rotated relative to this mounting plate to optimize its position. This plate fits directly onto aluminum profiles up to 40 mm.

You can also use your own mounting solution. The bottom of the shifter unit has two M4 screw holes that allow you to attach it to virtually any horizontal surface.

Controller

The Sim Shifter Sequential has a controller board integrated into the shifter unit, offering two connectivity options, all integrated into a single unit. You can use the shifter as a standalone controller by connecting it to your PC with the supplied USB cable. This means it will appear as a separate device in Windows.

Next to the USB port, there's also a 4x1 2.54mm Molex female connector. This allows you to connect/integrate the shifter with an external controller, such as our own Sim Pedals USB controller (or other third-party controllers that offer a switch interface). You'll need to supply your own cable if you want to use this method. The integrated controller board is visible from the outside, but is protected by an acrylic plate.

This product is compatible with PC/Windows. It cannot be used on consoles such as Xbox or Playstation.
