The SIMAGIC P-Active is an active sim racing pedal with a dual 250 kg load cell, up to 180 kg of usable force and a 100 ms full-stroke return, turning in-game telemetry into vibration and feel under your foot. It connects to a PC via USB or to a SIMAGIC wheelbase and works as a brake, throttle or clutch, depending on how you set it up.

Unlike passive pedals, the P-Active drives the pedal with a software-controlled actuator: stiffness, curve, damping, friction and end stops are tuned in SimPro Manager, and the pedal reproduces ABS, wheel lock, wheel spin, gear shifts and engine RPM. Its raised pivot gives a flatter, more forward stroke with less ankle rotation for finer pressure control under heavy braking, and it fits SIMAGIC P1000 and P2000 pedal sets, aluminium profile rigs or the P-Active Baseplate.

Which option should you choose?

P-Active Pedal only is for drivers who already own a SIMAGIC P1000 or P2000 pedal set or an aluminium profile rig and want to replace their brake with an active pedal. The P-Active Pedal + P1000 throttle pedal + baseplate set includes the P-Active, a SIMAGIC P1000 throttle pedal and the P-Active Baseplate: the option for starting from scratch with a complete pedal set ready to mount.

Compatibility

Platforms: PC via USB, or connected to a SIMAGIC wheelbase. SIMAGIC does not list console support.
Mounting: SIMAGIC P1000 (not compatible with P1000i or P1000i-RS) and P2000 pedal sets with the included adapters, aluminium profile and the P-Active Baseplate (optional).

What is an active pedal and how does it differ from a load cell pedal?

A load cell pedal measures pressure, but its feel depends on springs and elastomers. As well as measuring with a dual 250 kg load cell, the P-Active moves the pedal with an actuator: the feel is programmed in software and the pedal transmits ABS, wheel lock or wheel spin vibration, gear shifts and RPM.

Can it work as a throttle or clutch?

Yes. In SimPro Manager it can be assigned as brake, throttle or clutch, with official presets for each role.

Is it compatible with my SIMAGIC P1000 or P2000 pedals?

Yes. It comes with adapters for the P1000 and for the P2000 or aluminium profile. It cannot be installed on the P1000i or P1000i-RS.

Does it work on PlayStation or Xbox?

No. The P-Active connects to a PC via USB or to a SIMAGIC wheelbase, and SIMAGIC does not list console support.
