The Simucube Co-Pedal is a 2-in-1 passive sim racing pedal that can be configured as either a throttle or a clutch using interchangeable Arc profiles, designed to complete a setup built around the Simucube ActivePedal Pro or ActivePedal Ultimate.
It ships pre-assembled as a throttle and converts to a clutch in a few minutes by swapping the Arc profile, the pedal face and the spring, all supplied in the box. Unlike load cell pedals, it measures position with a hall angle sensor: it reads the actual angle of the pedal lever, removes dead zones and keeps sensor feedback consistent across the entire travel. Preload, travel, pedal angle and pedal face tilt and height are all adjusted with the included tools.
Key features
- 2-in-1, throttle or clutch: the conversion uses the Arc profile, pedal face and clutch spring supplied in the box.
- Patented Arc technology: a linear profile for progressive throttle control and an engagement profile for a clutch with a distinct bite point.
- Hall angle sensor: consistent readings across the full travel, with no dead zones.
- Maximum force of 11 kg (approx. 110 N) as a throttle and 25 kg (approx. 250 N) as a clutch, at 100% preload and 70 mm travel.
- Three travel positions (30, 50 and 70 mm) and preload adjustable from 0 to 13 mm (approx. 0 – 5 kg).
- Redesigned shell frame that reduces flex, weighing 1.6 kg, with inverted mounting available for the clutch configuration.
- 3-year manufacturer warranty.

Compatibility
- Compatible with the Simucube ActivePedal Pro and Simucube ActivePedal Ultimate: as a passive pedal, it needs one of them to work and does not connect directly to a computer.
- A system supports one or two Co-Pedals alongside an ActivePedal Pro or an ActivePedal Primary set; with two ActivePedals (Primary + Add-on), one Co-Pedal can be added.
- Two units are required if you want a throttle and a clutch at the same time.
- It mounts to the aluminium profile of your cockpit or, optionally, to the ActivePedal baseplate.
- Requires a PC with a free USB port for the ActivePedal: the setup is not compatible with consoles.
- Works with the rest of the Simucube pedal accessory range, such as the Throttle Damper and the ActivePedal Ultimate pedal faces.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Simucube Co-Pedal work without an ActivePedal?
No. It is a passive pedal and needs a Simucube ActivePedal Pro or an ActivePedal Primary set, to which it connects using the 60 cm RJ25 cable supplied. It does not connect directly to a PC.
How many Co-Pedals do I need for a throttle and a clutch?
Two. Each Co-Pedal works as a throttle or as a clutch, but not as both at once, so two units are required to have both functions.
How do you convert the Co-Pedal from throttle to clutch?
By swapping three parts supplied in the box: the Arc profile, the pedal face and the spring. It takes a few minutes using the 4 mm hex key and the preload tool that come with the pedal.
What maximum force does the Simucube Co-Pedal deliver?
Up to 11 kg (approx. 110 N) in throttle configuration and up to 25 kg (approx. 250 N) in clutch configuration, measured at 100% preload and 70 mm travel.
Does the Co-Pedal use a load cell?
No. It uses a hall angle sensor that measures the angular position of the pedal lever rather than the force applied, the same principle used in the throttle and clutch pedals of race cars. This removes dead zones and keeps the reading consistent across the entire travel.
What warranty does the Simucube Co-Pedal have?
