The DOF Reality H4 HERO is a 4 degrees-of-freedom motion platform — pitch, roll, yaw with traction loss and heave (vertical motion) — for sim racing and flight simulation, compatible with PC, PlayStation and Xbox, that moves the seat and every control at once to transfer acceleration, braking and G-forces straight to your body.

Unlike a system that only tilts the seat, the H4 is a full-motion platform: the steering wheel, pedals, joystick and mounted screen all move with you. SimRacingStudio turns in-game telemetry into real motion, and the SFU gearing delivers smooth, quiet travel. It can be upgraded later to the H6 platforms, protecting your initial investment.

Consoles: console motion requires the MagicBox accessory and only works with titles that send telemetry over the network (UDP), such as Gran Turismo 7, Assetto Corsa, F1 or Forza. On PC it works with more than 145 games.
Peripherals: it accepts any sim racing wheel, pedal set, joystick or HOTAS; the racing seat mounts onto the platform itself.

Does the H4 move only the seat or the whole platform?

It moves the whole platform: the seat, steering wheel, pedals, joystick and mounted screen all move together, so acceleration and G-forces reach your entire body, not just your back.

Can the H4 be used for both sim racing and flight simulation?

Yes. The H4 comes in a sim racing version and a flight version; the latter uses ultra-smooth gearboxes for finer motion, ideal for MSFS, X-Plane or DCS.

Does it work with PlayStation and Xbox?

On PC it works with more than 145 games and simulators. On console, motion requires the MagicBox accessory and is only available in titles that broadcast telemetry over the network (UDP), such as Gran Turismo 7, Assetto Corsa, F1 or Forza.

Can I upgrade the H4 later on?

Yes. The H4 can be upgraded to the H6 platforms, making the most of your initial investment.
