The Thrustmaster Sol-R 3 AVA Add-On Grip is an ambidextrous grip for space and flight simulation on PC with 21 assignable buttons and a built-in Z axis using 16-bit H.E.A.R.T. magnetic sensors, designed to be fitted to an AVA or Sol-R base.

This is an add-on grip: it does not work on its own and requires a compatible base (sold separately). Its strengths are the built-in Z axis — essential for rolling a spacecraft — and the 2 STAR cams supplied, which let you reshape the axis curve when the grip is used on an AVA base within the Thrustmaster FlightSim ecosystem.
