The Sabelt Jointed Side Mount is an aluminium jointed side mount for sim racing cockpits, with a swing joint and left-side mounting, designed to bring keyboard and mouse within reach of the driving position and swing them out of the way when getting in or out.

The arm bolts to the chassis profile using the fixing plate supplied and acts as the link between the frame and Sabelt's desk accessories, such as the keyboard tray or the mouse pad plate. The swing joint lets you rotate the assembly to clear access to the seat without dismantling anything.

What is the swing joint for?

It lets you rotate the arm to adjust the accessory position while driving and swing it clear when getting in or out of the cockpit, with no need to remove it.

Is it the same mount as the Jointed Side Mount EVO I?

No. This is part number 00107-03-00. The EVO I generation uses the Sabelt Jointed Side Mount EVO I, part number 00107-06-00.
