The Sabelt Freestanding PC Case Stand EVO I is the independent stand placed next to the cockpit to hold the PC tower, with a headset holder, a mouse pad plate and a cable compartment included.

It is not just somewhere to put the computer. Coming with the headset holder and mouse pad plate as standard, it works as a side table for the rig: everything you need to hand while racing sits in one piece of furniture, and the compartment gathers the bundle of cables leaving the tower. Being independent, it does not bolt to the chassis and works with any rig, whatever the brand.

Do I need a Sabelt cockpit?

No. It is an independent stand positioned next to the cockpit rather than bolted to it. It works with any rig, whatever the brand.

What is the cable compartment for?

To gather the cabling coming out of the tower — power, video, wheelbase and pedal USB — so it does not hang loose or run across the floor. On a rig with a direct drive base, a pedal set and several peripherals, that bundle of cables is considerable.

Can more accessories be added?

Yes. It is designed as a configurable structure: additional accessories can be fitted as your setup evolves, using the slots in the aluminium profiles.

How does it differ from the direct mount PC stand?

The direct mount bolts to the cockpit structure and travels with it. This one is independent: it stays where you leave it when you move the rig, and in exchange it works with any chassis and brings headset, mouse and cables together in one piece of furniture.
