The Thrustmaster T-GT II is a high-end Force Feedback racing wheel with a 40 W T-40VE brushless motor and dual-belt transmission, officially licensed for PlayStation 5 and Gran Turismo, compatible with PS5, PS4 and PC, and built for drivers who compete seriously.

It is the result of more than 23,000 hours of development on top of the original T-GT. Its electronics use AEC-Q-certified printed circuit boards from the automotive industry, and the toroidal T-TURBO power supply delivers 400 W peaks at 86% thermal efficiency, so performance does not fade over long sessions. The rim is detachable, so the base takes the rest of Thrustmaster's Add-On sim racing wheels.

Frequently asked questions

Does T-DFB work in every game?

No. T-DFB, the three-dimensional perception of Force Feedback between 30 and 100 Hz, is exclusive to Gran Turismo Sport. The other technologies (T-LIN, T-DCC, T-RTF, T-F.O.C.) work in any compatible game.

Does the T-GT II work on Xbox?

No. It is officially licensed for PlayStation 5 and Gran Turismo, compatible with PS5, PS4 and PC. It does not work on Xbox consoles.

Is it a direct drive wheelbase?

No. The T-GT II uses a 40 W brushless motor with dual-belt transmission. It is Thrustmaster's flagship belt-driven wheel, with very detailed and quiet Force Feedback, but it does not deliver the torque of a direct drive wheelbase.

Which pedal set is included?

It includes the three-pedal T3PA GT II. The base is also compatible with the T-LCM pedal set, which adds a load cell brake, as well as the T3PM, T3PA and T3PA-PRO.

Can the rim be changed?

Yes. The GT rim is detachable and the base accepts the full range of Thrustmaster Add-On wheels (F1, GT, rally and so on), sold separately.

The toroidal T-TURBO power supply delivers 400 W peaks to respond to the most abrupt demands from the game (opposite lock, chicanes) without the motor losing strength, at 86% thermal efficiency.
