The Thrustmaster T128 is a HYBRID DRIVE Force Feedback racing wheel supplied with the T2PM magnetic pedal set, officially licensed for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 and compatible with PC, aimed at drivers stepping up from a gamepad to their first sim racing wheel.

Its mixed belt-and-gear mechanism delivers 20% more power than Thrustmaster's previous T150 hybrid racing wheels, transmitting the weight of the car, bumps, road surfaces and loss of grip straight to the rim. It is the natural entry point for building a racing simulator without stepping up to a direct drive wheelbase.

No. This version is officially licensed for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 and also works on PC. For Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One you need the T128 Xbox / PC version, which is a separate product.

Which pedals does the T128 include?

It includes the T2PM two-pedal set (throttle and brake) with contactless magnetic technology and 12-bit precision, which does not lose accuracy over time the way potentiometer-based pedals do.

Is the T128 a direct drive wheelbase?

No. The T128 uses the HYBRID DRIVE system, combining a belt and gears. It is an entry-level wheel with Force Feedback 20% more powerful than the T150, but it does not deliver the torque or the detail of a direct drive wheelbase.

Can I use it on a desk, or do I need a cockpit?

You can use it on a desk: the included clamp fits tables up to 5.5 cm thick and needs no tools. It can also be bolted to a cockpit if you want a more rigid setup.

What is the difference between the T128 and the T248?

Both use HYBRID DRIVE, but the T248 delivers 70% more power than the T150 (against 20% for the T128) and adds a screen with more than 20 displays, 25 buttons, three Force Feedback modes and the three-pedal T3PM pedal set.

How many degrees of rotation does the T128 have?

From 270° to 900°. The angle adjusts automatically to the vehicle you are driving in game, so it suits single-seaters, GT cars, rally cars and trucks alike.
