The ProSimu T7 PRO is a professional 6-degrees-of-freedom (6DOF) motion system with 7 PRS200 actuators for sim racing and flight simulation, compatible with PC, designed and manufactured in France for real drivers, training centres and industrial applications.

It is the most advanced model in the ProSimu range: on top of the six real axes (heave, surge, sway, yaw, roll and pitch), it reproduces front and rear traction loss —oversteer and understeer— that a traditional hexapod cannot replicate. Its actuators reach 280 mm/s and 2G of acceleration with 44 movements per second, and CAN Bus communication at 10 Mbit/s (ISO 11898) keeps the response free of any perceptible latency. It is the platform on which you build a professional-grade racing simulator.

Compatibility

The T7 PRO is controlled from a PC (Windows) through SimTools software optimised by ProSimu and works with over 100 simulators:

  • Sim racing: Assetto Corsa and Competizione, iRacing, rFactor 2, F1, Dirt Rally 1 and 2, Project CARS.
  • Flight simulation: Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, Aerofly FS 2.
  • Space and military: Elite Dangerous, Star Wars Squadrons, War Thunder.

The motion system is managed from the PC using the simulator's telemetry; it does not connect directly to consoles.

Which actuator travel should you choose?

For driving, 200 mm is recommended on the lower actuators (traction loss, braking and weight transfer) and 100 mm on the upper ones. For aviation, 200 mm on every actuator for maximum amplitude.

The T7 PRO adds oversteer and understeer simulation (front and rear traction loss) to its 6DOF and reaches 280 mm/s and 2G, compared with the typical 100–150 mm/s and 0.5–1G of a hexapod. CAN Bus communication cuts latency below RS232 or Ethernet systems.

Which platforms and games is it compatible with?

It is compatible with PC and over 100 car, flight, space and military simulators through the SimTools software optimised by ProSimu. Motion is controlled from the PC, so it does not connect directly to consoles.

Which actuator travel should I choose: 100, 150 or 200 mm?

For sim racing, 200 mm is recommended on the lower actuators and 100 mm on the upper ones; for flight simulation, 200 mm on all of them for maximum range of movement.

How much weight does the T7 PRO support?

The platform takes a working load of up to 450 kg, enough for the cockpit, the installed equipment and the driver.

Does it include a wheelbase, wheel or pedals?

No. The T7 PRO is the motion platform with its chassis, the 7 PRS200 actuators and the management software licence. You install your own wheelbase, wheel, pedals and seat on it.
