The Teltonika TSW110 is a 5-port unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch for the Simucube Link ecosystem, connecting two or more Simucube ActivePedals, the Simucube 3 wheelbase and accessories over an Ethernet network with minimal latency.
Within a Simucube Link setup, all communication between components runs through the Simucube Link Hub. The TSW110 extends that network with 5 Gigabit ports (10/100/1000 Mbps) and 10 Gbps of non-blocking switching capacity, avoiding overloading your PC's USB ports and keeping the data flow stable between multiple active pedals.
Key features
- 5 RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbps) with auto MDI/MDIX: they connect without crossover cables.
- 10 Gbps non-blocking switching capacity and a 2,000-entry MAC address table.
- Unmanaged (L2) switch, plug-and-play: it works with no configuration.
- Rugged aluminium housing and an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 75 °C.
- DIN rail, wall (additional kit required) or flat-surface mounting.
- 9-30 VDC power input with reverse-polarity and surge protection, plus passive PoE passthrough on the LAN1 port.
- Very low consumption: under 1.8 W at maximum operation.

Compatibility
- Simucube Link ecosystem: connects two or more Simucube ActivePedals (Active Pedal Pro), the Simucube 3 wheelbase and accessories through the Simucube Link Hub.
- Compatible with any standard 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet network thanks to its unmanaged design.
- A single Active Pedal Pro does not need a switch; from two active pedals onwards the switch becomes necessary.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the Ethernet switch for a single Simucube ActivePedal?
No. A single Active Pedal Pro does not need a switch. The Teltonika TSW110 is required when you connect two or more active pedals, or combine an Active Pedal Ultimate Primary Set with an Active Pedal Pro.
Is it a managed or unmanaged switch?
It is an unmanaged Layer 2 (L2) switch, plug-and-play: it connects and works without any prior configuration.
What network speed does the TSW110 offer?
Its 5 ports are Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000 Mbps, with 10 Gbps of non-blocking switching capacity to move data without bottlenecks.
Can I mount it on a DIN rail in the cockpit?
Yes. It supports DIN rail, wall (additional kit required) or flat-surface mounting, with an aluminium housing and a -40 °C to 75 °C range.
Does it power devices over PoE?
It offers passive PoE passthrough on the LAN1 port only, at 9-30 VDC. It is not compliant with the IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at or 802.3bt standards.
