The Fanatec CSL BMW is a 300 mm sim racing wheel, officially licensed by BMW and supplied with a QR2 Lite quick release, compatible with PC and the Fanatec wheelbase ecosystem, aimed at drivers who want a fully featured first wheel without compromising on performance.

Inspired by the 2022 BMW M4 GT3, the CSL BMW brings German motorsport styling to your rig with a BMW graphic across the face and rim. It features a multi-colour RevStripe™ LED and a three-digit LED display for RPM, gears and telemetry, and it is the most affordable BMW wheel in the range, sitting below the ClubSport and Podium series within the Fanatec catalogue.

Which Fanatec bases is the CSL BMW compatible with?

It is compatible with CSL DD, Gran Turismo DD Pro, CSL Elite (V1.1 and +), ClubSport Wheel Base V2 and V2.5, and Podium DD1 / DD2 / DD1 PS4. High Torque Mode is not available on Podium bases with this wheel.

How much torque (Nm) can I use?

On the CSL DD and Gran Turismo DD Pro you can use full torque up to 8 Nm by adding the Boost Kit 180. The QR2 Lite does not enable High Torque Mode on Podium bases.

Does it work on PlayStation and Xbox?

On PC it works with every compatible base. On PlayStation compatibility depends on the paired base. It is not compatible with Xbox.

Is the quick release adapter included?

Yes. It includes the QR2 Lite Wheel-Side, made from carbon fibre-reinforced composite, which clamps on by hand without tools.

What diameter is it and which cars suit it?
