The MOZA R25 Ultra TrueTorque Bundle is a sim racing package built around the R25 Ultra TrueTorque direct drive wheelbase with 25 Nm of sustained torque and a true torque sensor, plus your choice of steering wheel and pedal set, compatible with PC and designed for competition and professional use.

The R25 Ultra is MOZA's most powerful wheelbase: a zero-cogging flat-wire motor with 26% higher torque density than similarly sized competitors, a 21-bit magnetic encoder and a built-in torque sensor that measures real output torque at 2 kHz. It sits at the top of the direct drive wheelbase range and is the natural foundation of a high-end racing simulator.

What does the true torque sensor on the R25 Ultra add?

It measures the motor's real output torque at 2 kHz with 0.1% sampling accuracy instead of estimating it from current draw. The result is a more linear response and more dependable control during oversteer or loss of grip.

What is the difference between the R25 Ultra TrueTorque and the R21 Ultra?

Both share the zero-cogging flat-wire motor, the 21-bit magnetic encoder and the same force feedback algorithms. The R25 Ultra raises sustained torque to 25 N·m and adds the built-in true torque sensor; the R21 Ultra stays at 21 N·m without that sensor.

Does it run hotter or louder because it delivers 25 Nm?

MOZA states that it does not: the R25 Ultra has an upgraded intelligent thermal management system with real-time temperature monitoring, and the flat-wire design improves heat dissipation, keeping operation quiet even at full sustained torque.

Do I need a reinforced cockpit for the MOZA R25 Ultra Bundle?

Yes. With 25 N·m of sustained torque and a 9.1 kg wheelbase it should be mounted on an aluminium profile cockpit or an equally rigid structure; it supports bottom, front and side mounting with an optional adjustable bracket.
