The Ascher Racing McLaren Artura Pro is a 300 mm officially licensed McLaren sim racing wheel with over 100 programmable inputs, compatible with PC over USB or wirelessly with Simucube wheelbases, built with genuine McLaren Artura GT4 components.

It is the flagship of Ascher Racing's McLaren Esports range: on top of the Sport's controls it adds 4 thumb encoders, 2 twelve-position rotaries, double paddle shifters and adjustable motorsport clutches. Its black-anodised aluminium chassis, silenced Gen6 magnetic paddles and official SimHub integration make it a full-control tool for the demanding sim racer.

Which version should you choose?

Choose the USB version for universal compatibility with direct drive wheelbases such as Fanatec, Asetek, Simagic, MOZA, VRS, OSW or Accuforce, with telemetry-animated RGB lighting, free mapping and non-linear clutch curves. Choose the SC version if you run a Simucube wheelbase and prefer a wireless, lag-free connection.

Compatibility

The Ascher Racing McLaren Artura Pro is a PC wheel; it is not compatible with consoles. The USB version works with virtually any wheelbase on the market (Fanatec, Asetek, Simagic, MOZA, VRS, OSW, Leo Bodnar, Accuforce, Logitech and more). The SC version connects wirelessly to Simucube 2 Sport, Pro and Ultimate wheelbases, to Simucube 3 Sport and Pro (which require the SC3 QR mounting adapter) and to any wheelbase via the Simucube Link Hub; Simucube 1-style bases need additional adapters and a receiver. The Quick Release is not included as standard.

Is the Ascher Racing McLaren Artura Pro compatible with consoles?

No. It is a PC wheel. It works over USB with the main wheelbases on the market or wirelessly with Simucube wheelbases.

What is the difference between the USB and SC versions?

The USB version is wired and offers telemetry-animated RGB lighting, free mapping and configurable clutch curves. The SC version is wireless for Simucube wheelbases, with static RGB lighting adjustable from the wheel and a rechargeable battery.

Is a Quick Release included?

No, the Quick Release is not included as standard. The 6×70 mm mount is compatible with most QRs; you can add the one for your wheelbase when configuring the product.

Which Simucube wheelbases does the SC version work with?

With Simucube 2 Sport, Pro and Ultimate; with Simucube 3 Sport and Pro (which require the SC3 QR mounting adapter); and with any wheelbase through the Simucube Link Hub. Simucube 1-style bases need additional adapters and a receiver.

Can the clutches be adjusted?

Yes. The motorsport clutches let you calibrate the bite point in 0.1% and 1.0% steps, and on the USB version they support configurable non-linear curves via SimHub.
