The Ascher Racing McLaren Artura Sport is a 300 mm officially licensed McLaren sim racing wheel, compatible with PC over USB or wirelessly with Simucube wheelbases, based on the real McLaren Artura GT4 steering wheel.

It is the entry point to Ascher Racing's McLaren Esports range: it shares components, ergonomics and diameter with the McLaren Artura GT4 race wheel. It carries 14 RGB buttons, two 7-way joysticks and silenced Gen6 magnetic paddle shifters, and comes in a universal USB or an SC (Simucube Wireless Wheel™) version. Its electronics are upgradeable, so you can move up to double and clutch paddles without changing wheel.

Which version should you choose?

Choose the USB version for universal compatibility with direct drive wheelbases such as Fanatec, Asetek, Simagic, MOZA, VRS, OSW, Leo Bodnar or Accuforce, with telemetry-animated RGB lighting. Choose the SC version if you run a Simucube wheelbase and prefer a wireless, lag-free connection.

Compatibility

The Ascher Racing McLaren Artura Sport is a PC wheel; it is not compatible with consoles. The USB version works with virtually any wheelbase on the market (Fanatec, Asetek, Simagic, MOZA, VRS, OSW, Leo Bodnar, Accuforce, Logitech and more). The SC version connects wirelessly to Simucube 2 Sport, Pro and Ultimate wheelbases, to Simucube 3 Sport and Pro (which require the SC3 QR mounting adapter) and to any wheelbase via the Simucube Link Hub. The Quick Release is not included as standard: you can add the one matching your wheelbase when configuring the product.

Can the Artura Sport be upgraded later?

Yes. The single magnetic paddles can be upgraded to double and clutch paddles from the range, and it accepts the Knob Kit Sport to customise the controls.

Which Simucube wheelbases does the SC version work with?

With Simucube 2 Sport, Pro and Ultimate; with Simucube 3 Sport and Pro (which require the SC3 QR mounting adapter); and with any wheelbase through the Simucube Link Hub.

Does it work with SimHub?

Yes, it has official SimHub integration. On the USB version it enables telemetry-animated RGB lighting (gear, RPM, flags...).
