The Asetek Initium Racing Bundle I is a complete racing simulator with a 5.5 Nm direct drive wheelbase for PC, bringing together the Initium wheel, wheelbase and pedals from Asetek SimSports in a single pack to step into premium direct drive.

Every component is designed and built by Asetek in Denmark and tuned through the RaceHub software, so they work in perfect harmony from the very first minute. It is the gateway to the Initium ecosystem: a solid starting point you can expand part by part as you progress.

Initium direct drive wheelbase with 5.5 Nm and a 14-bit absolute encoder (16,384 steps, 0.022° resolution) for crisp, backlash-free force feedback.
300 mm Initium wheel with 21 configurable inputs, a 4-way D-pad, 2 rotary encoders, magnetic paddles, 9 aRGB LEDs and an integrated quick release.
Initium pedals (throttle and brake) with Hall-effect sensors and floor or cockpit mounting.
Aluminium housing with 5 peripheral ports that centralise your whole Asetek setup.
Expandable with a load cell or hydraulic brake kit, a clutch kit and the 8 Nm Boost Kit (plug and play).

Compatibility

The Asetek Initium Racing Bundle I works on PC (Windows) through the RaceHub software. As it uses the Initium PC wheel, this bundle is not compatible with consoles. Mount it on a desk or table with the included clamp, or in any compatible cockpit.

It includes the Initium wheel (PC version), the 5.5 Nm Initium direct drive wheelbase and the Initium throttle-and-brake pedals, plus the table clamp and the RaceHub software.

Is it compatible with consoles?

No. This bundle uses the Initium PC wheel, so it runs on PC with Windows only. It is not compatible with PlayStation or Xbox.

How much torque does the wheelbase have and can it be upgraded?

The Initium wheelbase delivers 5.5 Nm of torque. You can raise it to 8 Nm by adding the Boost Kit, which installs plug and play without reconfiguring your setup.

Do I need a cockpit to use it?

Not necessarily. It comes with a table clamp to fix it to a desk, and you can also mount it in a cockpit for extra rigidity.

What can I add later on?

You can expand with a load cell or hydraulic brake kit, a clutch kit, the 8 Nm Boost Kit or additional Asetek wheels and peripherals.
