The Simgrade Thera Clutch is a linear-force clutch pedal for sim racing, machined from black anodised billet aluminium and running on stainless steel ball bearings, made to turn a two-pedal Thera set into a three-pedal one or to fit a reference-grade clutch to any profile-based rig.

Simgrade was the first brand to bring a linear-force operated sim clutch to market, and this pedal is that exact part sold separately. It is designed, manufactured and assembled in Finland, needs no lubrication at any point in its life and has no metal-to-metal contact at the end stoppers, so operation stays completely silent.

Can the Thera Clutch be used on its own, without the Thera pedal set?

No. It is an add-on pedal that connects to the Thera control box; it has no electronics of its own and no separate USB connection.

What does a linear-force clutch feel like?

Resistance builds in proportion to travel, without the step of a real clutch bite point. Many drivers prefer exactly that: with no confusing physical reference, standing starts become more repeatable.

How does it mount?

With 4 M6 bolts on an 80 x 24 mm pattern, the same as the Thera throttle and brake. It can be fixed directly to aluminium profile or to a flat base.

Does it need maintenance or lubrication?

No. It runs on stainless steel ball bearings and needs no lubrication. With no metal-to-metal contact at the stoppers, it does not develop noise with use either.
